New fascias and soffits

Fascias are the longboards that ran the length of your property and are fitted parallel to the edge of the building. They support both the bottom row of tiles of the roof and the guttering. Soffits fill the gap between fascia boards on the wall and prevent birds, insects and vermin from making a home beneath your roof. They also form an airtight seal to prevent condensation into the roof space, while also allowing for ventilation.

Over time, older-style fascias and soffits can become worn and will start to rot. Our uPVC fascias and soffits provide a wealth of benefits.

Improved energy efficiency
Easy maintenance – will never need re-painting
Available in a range of colours and designs to suit
Durable and long-lasting
Hard-wearing and weatherproof

Excellent guttering services

Gutters and downpipes play a vital role in protecting your property from the worst weather. We have been replacing and repairing guttering systems across Worthing for many years.

Gutters suffer from common problems like broken joints or lengths of guttering that do not allow water to flow away. Older gutters can also be prone to rot and rust. We can repair or replace your gutters with uPVC alternatives for a more cost-effective and clean solution.

We will ensure that we quickly and effectively keep rainwater flowing off your property and down into the drains. As well as gutter repair and replacements, we can provide gutter maintenance. Gutters can become easily blocked by debris and moss from your roof. Regular cleaning and maintenance are strongly advised to ensure the free flow of water.
